Lockheed Martin CFT commissioned us to design and manufacture the flight simulator fibreglass outer plating for their B767, B777 and B787 air plane types. This flight simulator system gives future pilots the opportunity to train in a realistic environment.

We were closely involved from an early stage of the design process of the flight simulator fibreglass outer plating and were able to reduce unnecessarily long lead times and keep high development costs to a minimum.

Designing products in glassfibre also offers the customer a lot of freedom in its design, while a good value for money during production. We have taken care of the entire design process of the simulator design. From initial sketch ideas, 3D design, master models, production moulds up to the production.

Among this type of flight simulator fibreglass outer plating we also helped designing and developing the outer plating for the Boeing 737 and Airbus A320 / A330 types. Over the past years we produced about 50 pieces. Within the simulator industry we manufacture in addition to the fibreglass outer plating also components for simulation platforms for cars, helicopter gunships and F-16 ejection seats.
