Composite F16 G-seat

On behalf of our client Schurgers Design produced various composite F16 G-seat components.

These F16 G-seats are used worldwide by combat pilots as a training system. These chairs give the pilot a very realistic interaction by means of vibrations during his training with, for example, the usage of guns, landing gear and flight turbulence. Due to the high degree of detail and extreme g-forces, all composite F16 G-seat components had to be executed very accurately and rigidly.

Designing and producing in fibreglass offers a number of advantages that contribute to high-quality products. As a result, fibreglass and composite are increasingly being seen in the automotive industry and more and more product designers, architects and engineers are using this material.

You can think of applications such as fibreglass; interior design desks, machine hoods, engine hoods, displays, eye catchers, blow-ups, interior wall panels, building façade panels.
